La Quinta Brewing Company Wants You to “Taste the Sunshine”
Locally brewed craft beer has taken the desert by storm…or a good Haboob Juicy IPA. Founded by Coachella Valley native, Scott Stokes, La Quinta Brewing Company is a home-spun business that has grown to serve thirsty patrons at three different hot spots offering varied opportunities to sip and savor fine beers, ales, IPA’s and guest pours, amidst a host of delicious pub food favorites and live music. Koolfog custom-designed, manufactured, and installed patio misters can be found at LQBC locations to make the most of guest comfort.
Recognized as a fine producer of craft beer, La Quinta Brewing Company is building a list of awards to enhance its reputation as creators of some of the best craft beers around. La Quinta Brewery’s Taproom & Grill in Old Town La Quinta pairs a full food menu with their honored beers as well as a selection of guest brews, ciders, wine and more. This neighborhood gathering place is a welcome oasis to “Taste the Sunshine” in this Renaissance-inspired retail and business development center, featuring upmarket boutiques & eateries. LQBC’s interior pub décor is warm and inviting with ample seating on the misted patio. The patio misting system can be seen on approach with a haze of cool, evaporative air to refresh those in need of hydration. Try their recommended “double patty Old School Cheeseburger and Heatwave Nachos, piled high with white cheese sauce made with our very own Heatwave Amber Ale.”
If you are in the mood for a quintessential desert tasting experience, head to LQBC’s Palm Springs location. Situated among a creative mix of mid-century modern structures, hip shops and swanky art galleries, LQBC sits in the heart of Palm Springs most celebrated rue. The taproom cannot be missed as it has a unique cylindrical architecture with a clean face and brightly colored signage. You can’t help but feel upbeat as you belly up to the bar to “Taste the Sunshine”, written in sizzling hues of yellow and orange, and strategically placed on the wall above an array of beverages of tap. Embodying the cool vibe of downtown, the street-side patio is a great spot for people watching and enjoying the social scene. LQBC’s Palm Springs patio is dotted with wine barrel stylized tables on a misted patio. Want to embrace the chic energy of this world-class resort destination? The completion of the LQBC’s Palm Desert Brewery gives patrons a full circle brewery experience. The sweeping patio entrance has a luxuriously expansive feel and is the perfect venue to share a farm fresh salad, build your own hot dog, sample a sweet treat, or grab a Giant Soft Pretzel (served with LQBC’’s house Poolside Blonde white cheddar cheese sauce and honey mustard). Of course, you’ll have to wash it down with your favorite beverage to truly “Taste the Sunshine” while you imbibe under the patio misters for an immersive desert delight.
The Palm Desert Brewery hosts private tours while boasting a large private event space. Set adjacent to the taproom/restaurant, the event room has been specifically “designed to engage the craft beer patron” with a view of the operating brewery production area.
